Last weekend, I packed up my bags (and my favorite pink furry disco jacket) and headed out to Joshua Tree with 10 incredible women — founders, CEOs, and creative business owners — for three days that I can only describe as pure magic.
We didn’t just come to mastermind about business — though, trust me, the plans we made are about to shake things up in the best way. We came to see each other. Like really see each other.
When you get a group of women together who are usually running companies, managing teams, running households, and carrying the weight of the world, something beautiful happens when they finally get to just be.
The Moments That Made It Magic
✨ Big Dreams, Big Conversations
We masterminded our next chapters, mapped out goals that feel deeply aligned, and gave each other permission to go after the big stuff we’ve been holding back on.

We stayed up too late, laughed until our stomachs hurt, and remembered what it feels like to have fun just for fun’s sake.
😭 Tears + Truth
We cried. We let go. We got honest about what’s been heavy and gave each other space to be human — not just “boss mode” all the time.
🔥 A Desert Release
We wrote down the fears holding us back and burned them in a bonfire under a sky full of stars. There was something so cathartic about watching it all go up in smoke and knowing we were free to start fresh.

Yes, we screamed into the desert. Yes, we danced under the stars. And yes, there was a pajama party — because healing work can be fun too.

It wouldn’t be a BEAM Life retreat without a little glam. Picture a desert disco bar, glitter everywhere, and 10 women living their best lives.
Why This Matters
This is the work I get to call my job — holding space for women to step into their next chapter — and I am so damn lucky these incredible humans said yes to being here.
We left Joshua Tree lighter, bolder, and more connected than ever. We left with plans that are going to change our businesses and, honestly, our lives.
And this is just the beginning.
