The 3 Reasons Your Group Program Isn’t Filling… And How to Fix It

Let’s talk about the quiet spiral that happens when your group program isn’t filling like you thought it would.

You had the fire.
You mapped it out.
You made the posts, maybe even a few reels.
You opened the doors…aaaand crickets.

It’s not that your offer sucks.
It’s not that you’re not good at what you do.
But something’s off.

And if you’re anything like the women I coach, you start taking it personally.
You start tweaking the graphics. You wonder if you should lower the price. You rewrite the sales page again.

Before you do that, let’s look at what’s actually going on.

Here are the three most common reasons I see powerful, capable women struggling to fill their group offers, and what to do instead:

1. It’s not clear who it’s for OR why now

You’re trying to be inclusive and wide-reaching (because you know this work could help everyone) but in doing so, you’ve made it hard for anyone to self-identify.

Real talk: If I can’t see myself in your offer in the first 5 seconds, I’m out.

✅ Instead of “for the woman who wants more confidence and clarity”…

Try: “for the woman who’s tired of avoiding her reflection, second-guessing every text, and bending over backwards for people who don’t meet her halfway.”

Make it undeniably obvious who this is for — and what problem it solves right now.

2. You’re selling the support, not the outcome

Sisterhood, Voxer access, weekly calls — yes, those things matter. But they’re not what your dream client is lying awake at night thinking about.

She’s thinking about not hitting her income goals again this month.
Or still feeling invisible in a room full of peers.
Or feeling like she has to perform to be taken seriously.

✅ Lead with the shift.
What will this group actually change in her life? What will she walk away with that she doesn’t have now?

Say that.

3. You’re hiding behind your content

Hot take: you’re posting, but you’re not pitching.

You’re educating. You’re giving value. You’re being consistent. But are you telling people how to buy from you? Are you making it clear this group is open, it’s happening, and it’s time to join?

✅ Make your offer visible — often.
Talk about the behind-the-scenes.
Name the hesitations and normalize them.
Put your damn offer in your bio.

You’re not being annoying. You’re being a business owner.

Final word:

If your group isn’t filling, it’s not a failure.

It’s feedback.

There are tiny tweaks that can change everything — and no, it doesn’t mean burning it down and starting over.

You’re one potent post, one refined message, one bold AF moment away from filling it with women who are ready to say yes.

If you want support with that, this is exactly the kind of thing we work on inside my 1:1 coaching and at my in-person retreat.

Apply here if you’re done waiting for “next time” and ready to fill this thing now.
